Description: Job Description Bridge Aspire is recruiting international candidates for a Paid J-1 Visa Internship in Food & Beverage in the USA. This program provides hands-on training at luxury hotels, resorts, and restaurants. Interns gain experience in customer service, beverage preparation, front-of-house operations, and U.S. hospitality standards while participating in a cultural exchange program. Our participants train at prestigious hotels and resorts across the United States — including luxury brands, boutique properties, and busy metropolitan restaurants — while gaining cultural exchange experience, mentorship, and strong industry credentials. Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily food and beverage service • Support front-of-house operations • Learn menu details, beverage preparation, and service standards • Communicate with guests and team members professionally • Maintain cleanliness and safety in dining and service areas • Participate in rotations across different F&B departments • Follow all J-1 training guidelines under a structured DS-7002 plan Training & Learning Objectives • Customer service in a U.S. hospitality environment • Beverage service techniques & restaurant workflows • Team communication & guest interaction • Professional development through mentorship • Understanding of American hospitality culture and service standards Required Qualifications Candidates must meet J-1 Visa Internship/Training requirements: • Conversational English • Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, or Food & Beverage OR: Graduated within the last 12 months OR: Graduated more than 12 months ago + 12 months related experience OR: 5+ years of verifiable F&B experience Open to all nationalities.
