Description: Program Overview Bridge Aspire is recruiting international Culinary Arts students and young professionals for Paid J-1 Visa Culinary Internships in the USA. This program provides hands-on training inside high-end kitchens, luxury hotels, resorts, fine-dining restaurants, and contemporary American culinary concepts. Participants gain real-world experience by learning from experienced chefs, rotating through kitchen stations, mastering techniques, and immersing themselves in U.S. culinary culture in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a strong opportunity for anyone seeking a paid internship abroad in the culinary field. Key Responsibilities • Assist with food preparation and production • Rotate through hot line, cold line, and pastry (varies by host) • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards • Support daily prep, mise en place, and plating • Work under the supervision of professional chefs and culinary mentors • Follow structured J-1 training plan (DS-7002) Training & Learning Objectives • Knife skills, preparation methods, and kitchen fundamentals • Hot & cold kitchen operations • Plating, portion control, and quality presentation • U.S. food safety standards • Team communication in a multicultural kitchen • Exposure to American culinary trends & regional cuisine Candidate Requirements You are eligible if you meet one of the following J-1 criteria: • Currently studying Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Production • OR graduated within the last 12 months • OR graduated more than 12 months ago + 12 months culinary experience • OR 5+ years of verifiable culinary experience (no degree required) Open to all nationalities.
