Description: Job Summary Bridge Aspire is seeking international candidates for a Paid J-1 Internship in Hospitality Front Desk & Guest Services position in the United States. This program provides hands-on training at high-end hotels, resorts, and boutique properties. Interns learn how to deliver exceptional guest service, manage front-office operations, and understand American hospitality standards while participating in a cultural exchange experience. Our participants train at prestigious hotels and resorts across the United States — including luxury brands, boutique properties, and busy metropolitan restaurants — while gaining cultural exchange experience, mentorship, and strong industry credentials. Key Responsibilities • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions • Handle phone inquiries, email communication, and guest requests • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other hotel departments • Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks • Manage reservations and guest profiles using hotel management systems • Resolve guest concerns professionally under supervisor guidance • Follow the structured J-1 DS-7002 training plan Training Objectives • U.S. hotel front office procedures • Customer service & guest interaction techniques • Reservation management (PMS systems) • Problem-solving & conflict resolution • Cross-cultural communication in hospitality • Professional grooming & service standards • Exposure to American hospitality culture and guest expectation trends Required Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following J-1 eligibility paths: • Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field • Graduated within the last 12 months • Graduated more than 12 months ago + 12 months related experience • 5+ years of verifiable hospitality or customer service experience English Level: Conversational–advanced level recommended. Open to all nationalities.
