Visit us at equanima.io Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and charismatic intern to support our team in person as we prepare for and attend a major event in Oxford this September. This is a unique opportunity to join Equanima, a purpose-driven initiative at the intersection of emotional health, education, and technology. You’ll play a key role in bringing our movement to life — from pre-event planning in August through post-event follow-up in October. Key Responsibilities: Provide general logistical support, including managing stock, stand materials, and workshop setup. Assist with event organization and coordination in the weeks leading up to the event. Engage with attendees: pre-event communication, on-site support, and post-event follow-ups. Facilitate sales of our physical tools (emotional wellbeing cards) and assist with app promotion and onboarding. Help creatively activate our stand: games, small challenges, or other attention-grabbing dynamics. Represent Equanima not just as a product, but as a movement focused on mental health and human connection. Requirements: Based in London or Oxford, and available from mid-August through mid-October 2025. Strong interest in mental health, emotional wellbeing, psychology, or education. People-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Comfortable multitasking and thriving in creative, high-energy environments. Good conversational English skills.
