Description: We are looking for a clever individual with a great head for numbers AND a persuasive e-mail AND phone voice - the sort of person who could calculate a banker’s bonus and then persuade him to turn it down...

Your job will be to ensure that all our rental rates are in order and the property availabilities are up to date – across nearly 500 properties in 8 countries. This includes loading prices, checking for ongoing offers, liaising directly with owners and property managers when rate-related issues arise, and occasionally negotiating sensitively with property owners and managers or explaining how to use our extranet.

You will work under supervision from one of our Portfolio Officers, but also liaising with our sales team to devise ad-hoc quotes.

The professional requirements are:

  • Fluent in English; any additional major international language is a definite plus
  • Excellent numeracy (advanced Excel skills are a plus)
  • Deep understanding of client servicing techniques and processes
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office and Photoshop
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
