Description: About Orchid Island Luxury Real Estate Orchid Island Luxury Real Estate is one of Morocco's most ambitious luxury property startups, combining high-end real estate with cutting-edge digital marketing, AI-driven content and predictive growth strategies. Based in Marrakech, we target an international premium audience and are scaling our digital presence across key platforms. We are recruiting a Digital Marketing & SEO Intern to join our Growth team and contribute to real campaigns, content creation and organic search strategy from day one. Internship Responsibilities Working within the Growth team, you will be involved in three core pillars: SEO & International Organic Search • Optimise on-page and off-page SEO to target international premium property buyers and investors • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research and Google ranking tracking • Analyse search trends and competitor positioning in the luxury real estate market Content Marketing & Luxury Branding with AI • Create SEO-optimised content (blog posts, property descriptions, landing pages) using generative AI tools • Manage, animate and grow the agency's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) • Contribute to brand identity and high-end positioning across all digital touchpoints Growth Marketing & Automation • Support lead generation strategies (SEO, email marketing, paid digital campaigns) • Set up and manage automated marketing workflows to improve conversion rates • Track and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs) Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: • Currently studying or recently graduated in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. • Proficiency in AI & creative tools advanced prompting, Canva, Adobe Photoshop • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals: on-page optimisation, keyword strategy, content marketing • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets (performance tracking, reporting) and Office tools • Languages: Fluent French or English required; bilingual French/English is a major asset Personal Qualities: • Creative, aesthetically sensitive and passionate about digital trends • Rigorous in KPI tracking and self-sufficient in execution • Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to take on meaningful challenges Perks & Benefits • High-level practical training in SEO, luxury digital marketing and generative AI • Hands-on involvement in real campaigns targeting international premium investors • Mastery of industry-leading tools: SEO platforms, analytics, AI content tools, marketing automation • Strong possibility of long-term role or permanent contract following the internship • International, dynamic and inspiring work environment in the heart of Marrakech How to Apply Send your CV and a short cover letter (motivation) to: • Email: orchidland55@gmail.com • Phone / WhatsApp: +212 6 22 22 22 02 • Email subject (mandatory): Digital Marketing & SEO Internship – Marrakech
