Description: 1. Videomaker Intern As a Videomaker Intern, you will create engaging video content that showcases projects, achievements, and the stories of young people involved in international and community-based initiatives. You’ll work on the full production process — from concept and storyboard development to filming and post-production — ensuring a consistent and compelling visual identity across all platforms. Main Tasks Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos using professional equipment and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Develop storyboards and visual concepts that clearly and emotionally convey the organization’s mission and values. Produce storytelling videos that highlight social impact and European or local initiatives. Adapt content and formats to suit Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Create reusable templates and video formats that future interns or collaborators can easily adapt. Apply filming, lighting, and pacing techniques to enhance visual quality and narrative flow. Collaborate closely with the communication team to align tone, message, and visual identity. Manage production schedules effectively, delivering content on time and maintaining creative standards. Stay updated on current social media trends and visual storytelling techniques. Ideal profile and skills: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in video production and storytelling. You should have solid experience in shooting and editing, using professional cameras and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. A background or curiosity in photography and cinematic language is highly appreciated, as is an awareness of the latest video trends for social media. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Graphic Designer Intern Join our creative team in Agrigento, Sicily, and gain hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, and digital communication. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will help shape the organization’s visual identity by creating compelling visual content for online platforms and communication campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our communication team in a dynamic, multicultural environment, applying your skills to real projects while developing your artistic and technical expertise. Your responsibilities: Design original and engaging visuals for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. Apply professional design principles to create consistent and impactful visuals. Support the development of branding elements and ensure coherence across all communication platforms. Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for digital content creation. Edit and retouch images and prepare optimized files for online use. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and assist in executing campaigns. Stay updated on current design, branding, and social media trends. Manage multiple projects effectively, adapting to feedback and meeting deadlines. Ideal profile and skills: We are looking for a candidate who can turn ideas into visually compelling digital content. You should be able to work independently on design projects, follow brand guidelines, adapt content for different digital platforms, and incorporate feedback effectively. The ideal candidate has proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, an understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to contribute creative solutions for social media, web, and branding projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. – Ideal background: Ongoing studies or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related fields. Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level work are also encouraged to apply. – Technical skills you bring: You should have a solid foundation in design tools and principles, with the ability to create visually cohesive and high-quality work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. Familiarity with digital formats, resolutions, and export specifications for web and social media. Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are an advantage. Understanding of UI/UX design principles and brand identity creation. – Your experience: Previous experience is not required but will be considered a strong asset. Portfolio showcasing diverse digital design projects. Previous internship, freelance work, or academic design projects demonstrating design capabilities. Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Instagram…). Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding. Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging tools to enhance the organization’s online presence. Profile and Skills: We are looking for a creative and motivated individual with an interest in social media and digital communication. You should have a solid understanding of how different platforms work and how to tailor content to each audience. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, along with the ability to think creatively and analytically. Familiarity with tools like Canva and basic video editing software is a plus. You should be organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, capable of managing multiple tasks while working collaboratively within a team.
