Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Researcher for Germany to help identify, analyze, and develop new cooperation opportunities. This role focuses on mapping potential partners, understanding the German market ecosystem, and supporting our efforts to expand networks with tech companies, cultural organizations, and SMEs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on potential partners, networks, and collaboration opportunities in Germany. Analyze trends, challenges, and opportunities in tech, culture, and SME sectors. Identify strategic partnerships and cooperation pathways aligned with EURSRC’s mission. Prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations for the team. Support network-building initiatives, including engagement with key stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience in research, market analysis, or network development. Strong knowledge of Germany’s tech, cultural, and SME landscape is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects. Fluency in English; German language skills are an asset. Commitment of at least 6 months. Additional Information: This is an unpaid role. Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements.
