Description: During the first week, the trainee will have intensive private training with his tutor every single day. The second week he will be ready to start going into the lessons. Every Friday the team will have a meeting where we talk about the week, it will be another training and we´ll prepare for the following week all together. At the end of the stay, a report will be elaborated on the improvements of the trainee during his stay with us. Knowledge, skills, and competencies to be acquired by the end of the traineeship (expected Learning Outcomes): - Knowledge of how to teach Spanish - Knowledge of how to prepare material for Spanish lessons - More autonomy for working by himself - More security for teaching - Language skills (English)
