Description: Mantiscope - Sales & Marketing Specialist Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist – Medical Device Startup (Mantiscope) Location: Barcelona, online Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce Mantiscope to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical institutions. • Identify and establish relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and medical distributors. • Generate leads through networking, outreach, and participation in industry events. • Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers in healthcare and medical distribution. • Conduct market research to refine sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing—preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology. • A strong network in healthcare, hospitals, or medical distribution is a plus. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model.
