Description: Intern in the Kitchen Department in a hotel on Tenerife (m/f/d) • You will work 40 hours a week with two days off • Free board and accommodation are provided by the hotel • You will receive a remuneration of 200€ per month • Internship period: minimum 2 months • Start of internship: from now on or later Your tasks • Assisting the chefs in the food preparation, helping to prepare ingredients • Getting basic knowledge of all sections in the kitchen • Preparing food and serving at the buffet • Getting to know where to stock the food, rotate stock, stock ordering, check and use best-before date, restocking, disposing of the expired food items • Understanding of basic food hygiene practices Your profile • A-level students, students in Gastronomy and Catering, Cook trainee or trainee in Tourism, Foreign Languages, etc. • Open-minded, self-confident, communicative • You are in a good mood and you enjoy interacting with guests and colleagues • English skills are required, Spanish would be beneficial Please send us your CV in English or Spanish to: info@s-w-e-p.com
