Working Student Product Management

We are a young and innovative ClimateTech Start-Up based in Hamburg, Germany building the world’s first climate adaptation management platform by translating insights from climate science and know-how from climate adaptation into climate risk and adaptation recommendations. We are looking for motivated, purpose and impact-driven individuals that contribute to our growth! * What responsibilities does the role have? - You will be a part of our product team and will work closely within our exciting product discoveries - You conduct ad-hoc research into topics like climate risks, climate adaptation measures and climate change impacts - You will generate ideas on how to transfer scientific knowledge into our product development - You support the knowledge transfer between our climate experts and the product management team by bringing your scientific understanding into general product management tasks - You support the climate and possibly other teams on research topics * What are we looking for? - You’re currently doing a Master’s in Climate Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or similar; or are familiar with Climate Science - You have gained first work experience, either in a science-driven business or as a research assistant in academia - You know your way around Microsoft Office and are quick in picking up the use of other tools as well as new methods of collaboration - You communicate fluently in English (written & spoken), German is nice to have - You are self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and enjoy working in a dynamic environment - You are enthusiastic about climate risks and adaptation to climate change and want to make a positive impact on our planet * What do we offer? - Let´s talk about money: we are paying 13€ per Hour: 1.130€/month - Entry opportunity: we are growing fast - after a successful working student phase you have great entry opportunities (incl. stock options) for starting your professional career in an impactful start-up. - Become part of something bigger!
