With the launch of a new state of the art scooter, we are expanding our talented team to reach new heights. We are looking for a superhero to be our new Apprenticeship for Scooter Mechanic. At Wind, you will get the opportunity to participate in building and shaping our operations in Nottingham from the ground up. Every superhero has super responsibilities Responsibilities: - Quickly assemble and inspect new scooters - Inspect our scooters in the warehouse before they are deployed, to ensure they are safe and fun to ride - Run a series of diagnostic tests for all scooters when they return from the field, and fix any functionality that may require attention - Conduct periodical preventative maintenance - Manage stock of spare parts and report shortages before they become an issue - Contribute towards new improvements - Keep meticulous logs of repairs conducted, and feed that back to the supply chain team Requirements: - Highly reliable with a “can do” attitude - Natural inclination for tinkering and mechanic work, confident with tools - Advanced problem solving skills - Punctual with great time keeping skills - Able to innovate processes, document them, and deliver training to others - Good knowledge of Health & Safety Procedures - Available to travel to other cities (or countries) if required - Excellent team player with ability to work on your own initiative - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
