Productized is an innovation consultancy for ​​strategic knowledge production in the area of entrepreneurship, innovation, industrialization, design, and product development at the European level. It organizes a large annual Conference on the general question "how to turn an idea into a product?" and with workshops on the area of Product Management and Lean Startup. It is working towards creating the specific product accelerators, and developing partnerships with associated companies to offer integrated consulting services offer for leading high-tech companies.

 

Job description: 

Productized is looking for a motivated and pro-active marketing manager whose job will be to assist the director manager in achieving strategic marketing and sales objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to gain experience in multiple parts of the event organization in a rapidly evolving company.

 

Strategic Objectives:

  • Achieve Productized Conference 2020 sales milestones.

  • Manage relationships with sponsors and partners.

  • Manage Productized Community (including online communities and offline, e.g. P-Talks).

  • Increase Productized community engagement online and offline in order to achieve critical sales objectives.

  • Manage Productized Academy and help set up new training programs.

  • Learn and keep up to date with digital marketing techniques and methods.

  •  Manage the marketing team including assistant managers and design team.

 

Tasks include:

  • Automating the scheduling, uploading, publishing, and monitoring social posts across all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube.

  • Managing and engaging with our community.

  •  Analyzing data from Productized social tactics and providing insights and comprehensive reports showing results (ROI and growth) to the management.

  • Updating content on websites

  • Creating ads for digital media (digital marketing)

  • Coming up with creative, innovative, and impactful social content ideas.

  • Organizing 1 P-talk/month in partner companies.

  • Organizing innovative new Content marketing formats like webinars, thought leadership, AMA sessions, etc.

  • Create and manage sale funnels

  • Setup partnerships w/ brands, influencers and product experts

  • Video marketing (product breakfast, book reviews, get to know Lisbon, Productized team, office days)

  • Video recaps and talks uploading and dissemination.

  • Newsletter management and curation.

 

Profile

We look for an intern with a Graduate Degree in Communication or Marketing, Journalism or similar. Enjoys keeping on top of all the latest social media tools, features, and platform news. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Comfortable working with a full range of popular social networks and multimedia (images and video). Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a strong plus. A fast learner and self-starter, who is proactive and takes action on the go. Experience in digital would be a strong asset.
