Description : We are now inviting applications to our Advertising team, an independent vertical responsible for initiating and negotiating The Indian Economist’s advertising client relationships. The division is solely responsible for TIE’s business side and a significant part of the magazine. What does the Advertising Team do? The Advertising division develops unique business ideas to engage with brands and advertisers looking to associate with a platform such as TIE that offers an engaged readership and broad audience base. The Advertising team creates customised solutions for brands that suit their specific needs. Moreover, the Advertising team is responsible for client acquisition and development, reaching out to potential advertisers and ensuring that the best value proposition is offered as per the individual needs of different clients. The Indian Economist as an organisation is based in Green Park, New Delhi, but the team largely operates virtually. The team has had members from across 5 continents working at the same time, so you are eligible to work and apply from anywhere with an internet connection. What is the eligibility criteria for the Advertising Team? The Indian Economist does not restrict anyone from applying on the grounds of educational qualification or prior work experience. All are eligible to apply. What are the time commitments? It could vary, but a typical week could entail between 5 to 15 hours of work.
