Description - HiiL, an advisory and research institute for the justice sector based in The Hague, is looking for an intern to work on developing a prestigious and innovative online dispute resolution platform – Rechtwijzer 2.0:

Then join us as a Justice Technology Intern!
Under the supervision of the Head of Justice Technology, you will:
- Identify opportunities to empower people with legal problems, co-develop online tools for people who have a problem with their landlord or with their employer, standardise and develop best practices protocols for online dispute resolution, contribute to the design of the future of courts and legal systems, prepare and participate in meetings with the project partners, and perform project management tasks.
You bring to the table:
Obtaining Bachelor/Master degree(s) in the field(s) of/specialising in Business and Management, Private Law and Dispute Resolution, Social Science or equivalent, affinity with access to justice issues, affinity with cutting edge online technology and design, preferably project management related experience, English and Dutch on a proficient level, self-starting attitude, proactive attitude, strong result orientation, the ability to work focused, independently and within a project team, excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to see the big picture, and strongly developed social skills.

Financial remuneration will be €210,- per month for 32 working hours per week.
Travel expenses covered up to €100,- per month depending on the place of residence, a number of paid holiday hours, and flexible work schedule.
