Description - HiiL Innovating Justice, an advisory and research institute for the justice sector based in The Hague, is looking for an intern to assist its enthusiastic Rechtwijzer Team as a Customer Experience Testing Assistance Intern.

Are you self-motivated and have the ability to making progress without direct supervision, do you have experience in research and customer experience testing in online?

You will be working with the Head of Justice Innovative Lab on:
- Setting up research base on customer experience testing,
- co-developing customer experience tests, executing and analysing customer experience tests, developing and executing a plan for setting up test panel, and developing and maintaining HiiL’s network.

You bring to the table:
Knowledge of customer experience testing, experience with customer testing in online services, passion to work with people from all walks of life, proactive attitude, strong result orientation, excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, strong hands-on mentality, excellent eye for details, strongly developed interpersonal skills, Dutch on a native level, proficiency in English.

We offer you:
An internship of 32 working hours per week for a period of 6 months at our office in The Hague, the Netherlands, a great learning opportunity in a developing organisation that is used to having interns, a dynamic, informal, international and multi-disciplinary setting in a small innovation-focused organisation with unique expertise, coaching and support by your supervisor and colleagues, an environment that is bound to further improve your English language skills.

Financial remuneration of €210,53 per month for 32 working hours per week, and travel expenses covered up to €100 per month depending on the place of residence, a number of paid holiday hours, and a flexible work schedule.
