Kape Strategy Ltd, a company registered in the EU at Companies House) is committed to protecting the Client privacy. Please take a moment to read and learn more about Internwise privacy policy. By visiting the website, submitting information or using any of Internwise services, the Client acknowledges to accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1 Information Collected

When The Client registers as a member and set up a profile certain information is required. This includes personally identifiable information such as the Client name / business name and email address. This information is stored on our systems.

2 Updating Your Information

The Client can freely update all of personal/business information including email address, location, password and all profile details. We encourage the Client to keep details up to date (including the CV for Candidates).

3 Password

It is vital that the Client keeps the password safe to prevent unauthorised access to the account personal information. If the Client believes that the password has been compromised for any reason please change it immediately.

4 Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive that allows Internwise to recognise the Client computer from one page access to the next. Internwise uses only session cookies which are designed not to be permanent or persistent. The session cookie is designed so that, once the Client closes the browser, the cookie will simply terminate. If the Client configures the browser to reject cookies, the Client may still use some, but not all, portions of Internwise site. For example, the login process and all member functionality does require that the Client browser accept cookies. Internwise recommends closing browsers on shared computers after use.

5 Deleting Information

The Client has the option to delete the profile. Please note that this permanently deletes all information. No data will remain on Internwise systems with the exception of personal correspondence or support inquiries sent to Internwise, which may be stored on file.

6 Personal Correspondence

Correspondence sent to Internwise including emails and letters will be stored on file with access limited to Internwise authorised staff members.

7 Disclosure of Your Information

7.1 By default, the Client public profile will be visible to the Employers; Candidates and agencies registered at Internwise. If the Client do not wish to be contacted and want to make the profile invisible, please visit your privacy settings and select the option "Private Profile". The Client profile will no longer be visible.
7.2 Internwise will not supply any member's details to any other member - please don't even ask us!
7.3 Internwise will not sell or rent or give the Client information to any third party unless the Client has authorised and consent sharing the personal details.
7.4 Internwise will only disclose the Client information if legally obligated to do so by a statutory authority with the appropriate jurisdiction.

8 No Spam Policy

No Spam, not now, not ever! The Client will receive emails from Internwise as part of the normal communications to inform about products and services. Internwise will never supply, sell or rent your email address to any third party.

9 Internal Use of Information

Internwise may internally use the Client information to improve services, analyse site usage, optimise content, etc. This will only be conducted by authorised staff members. Internwise may use personally identifiable information to troubleshoot problems and implement terms and conditions.

10 Refer a Friend Service

Internwise website includes a 'refer a friend' service. The Client friends will never receive unsolicited email from Internwise and, once the Client email is sent, they will never hear from Internwise again unless they choose to become members themselves. The Client must not use the 'invite friends' services to send spam.

11 Security

Internwise technical team do their best to ensure the security of all systems. Internet Security is a complex topic and no system can be considered 100% secure. Should a security breach occur Internwise would endeavour to react as fast as possible to remedy the problem. However, Internwise cannot assume responsibility for member details compromised in the unlikely event of a security breach.

12 Changes to This Policy

If Internwise makes material changes to the privacy policy, these changes will be posted here. The Client should review this page regularly for updates.
